TECHNOLOGY:

Direct Drive Concept: The optimisation of all the parameters that make up the cockpit. This is notably done through the integration of the stem, as an extension of the bicycle itself, and also by the use of a short and tapered headset. The total of these factors provides an excellent rigidity that is necessary for an optimal piloting position.

Integration: Designing a new bike at LOOK is not simply developing a frame and adding parts. The design of a carbon bike is seen as a whole, where all the parts are designed with the frame. Each element that is added to the frame must add to the bikes behaviour. This integration leads to the sleek, smooth design that LOOK has mastered.

HM Carbon 1.5K: High-end fibres with very high stiffness. HM fibres enable greater rigidity without adding extra weight. LOOK bikes are made with either HM 3K or 1,5K fibres, the latter having a finer weave, which makes it lighter. (i.e. a 1.5K fibre =1500 threads in 1 fibre).
